Description
品名:那個手工九層塔餅 8入/包   (共12包組)

【規格】:8入/包        (共12包組)

【重量】:950±10%/單包

【保存方法】：冷凍於-18°C以下
【保存期限】：180天(未開封狀態)

內容:

新鮮手切九層塔、精煉豬板油、沙拉油、鹽、水、日本月桂冠麵粉、法國T65麵粉。

※以上非供即食，需充份加熱後即可食用。※

  



食用方法  

平底鍋(煎)

【解凍與否】：不用

1.準備平底鍋，加入適量沙拉油約兩大匙或1/2碗的油(油多一些比較酥脆喔)，轉中火約160度左右, 

2.拿出蔥油餅，不用解凍，直接置入鍋中，靜待30秒~1分鐘

3.取夾子或筷子，從側邊翻起，表面上色略呈金黃色時即可翻面

4.翻面後重覆動作2，等完全上色後即可。

5.若要加蛋，可先將煎熟的餅皮取皮，敲一䫡蛋(打散或荷包蛋)皆可，趁蛋液未熟前蓋上煎好的餅皮

6.連餅皮和蛋一起翻面，塗上喜愛的調料後，將餅皮對折取出， 完成。



氣炸鍋

【解凍與否】：不用

1.取出冷凍餅皮

2.調整氣炸溫度約180度 6分鐘

3.餅皮呈金黃色後，翻面同溫度在6分鐘。

4.完成
